How to look for a room?

Looking for a room is very simple. You can navigate the Hotels Map. Remember that Hotels by default looks for all currently available single rooms in your vicinity. You could modify the desired city, the dates of arrival and departure and the number of guests by clicking on the menu button.

The available hotels or vacation rentals will appear on the map. For more information, tap on the marker of your choice.

How do I reserve my room?

Our reservation process is very simple. When available hotels or vacation rentals appear on the map, tap on a marker for more information: after room types and rates come up on your screen, you will be able to choose the rate you desire by reading the room information in the center of the screen and then clicking on the Book It button on the right side of the screen.

After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to the ”Secure Reservation Request” form. Then you will need to review the “Reservation Information” and fill in the blanks on the “Guest Information” section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly.

After you fill out all of the needed information, press the “Submit Reservation” button. Don’t forget to read and check the “Cancellation policy” which is a mandatory to proceed.

I’ve just made a reservation. What happens after ?

Your reservation, cautioned by your bank card, is sent to one of our partners who  will confirm the booking through email. In this email you will find all the information you need to manage your stay, such as a customer number, a reservation number, and details on reservation policies, cancellation policies as well as a link to cancel your reservation if needed. Furthermore, the hotel of your choice is automatically added to your favorites.

How can I go back to my reservations ?

You should check your email. Each reservation is confirmed by an email where you can find your booking details. You can also find the hotels where you have made reservations in your Favorites.

Can I avoid retyping my personal information in each reservation ?

Yes, you can fill in the options under the My Information panel. Your personal details will then be added automatically  every time you reserve.

Hotels looks for rooms in the vicinity that are available on the same day. Why ?

The default setting is centered around last minute use. You can modify these settings by using the menu panel.
